Creating an Experience

Developing a product or service involves actualising a concept to deliver a compelling proposition to the customer through all the offerings attributes; the core benefit, price, quality, features and styling, the brand itself, even the customer interaction created within the delivery channel.  

Regardless of whether the offering is a product or service, it is ultimately a vehicle which delivers a customer experience, and just as the experience is intangible, the nature of customer value is also intangible.  Overseeing the development process ensures that customer value is not lost in translation between the concept, evolution and delivery stages of product or service creation.
